Emmet's right. It's a pain and a half to lodge
people (finding rooms for one or more nights by begging
your whole team and all of your friends and all of
their friends...) but it's a good idea all the same.
The first time I went to a tourney freshman year I
found myself on the floor of Matt Bruce's apartment in
Boston, and sure I was scared ;-) but even so, it was a
good time. Some teams may have enough money to spare a
bit for the Econo Lodge, while others may have a team
member whose family lives in the area and is willing to
put some QBers up for the night, but for those teams
that don't, a little floor space isn't too much to
ask. Just something to think about...
