Unlike NAQT and TRASHionals, teams are competing
on packets written by **OTHER TEAMS.** Moreover,
NAQT and TRASHionals are by invitation only, whereas
Penn Bowl is open to anyone who wants to compete. In
some cases, Penn Bowl is the ONLY place that some of
these teams will ever meet.
And, as I have said
before, had things been done differently, the packet
error could have been caught before anyone started
playing on it.
