No. People should NOT refrain from pointing out an
immoral act when they see it. The truth is never
libelous. Copyright violation or no (and it is) all the
allegations made are true; documentation was
provided.

I'm somewhat disturbed at the general lack of concern
about this. In retrospect, few people batted an eye
when there was plagiarism at PSU last year. Even as a
simple integrity-of-competition issue, moral and legal
matters aside, why is the community as a whole so
disinterested in this...and is this setting a precedent for a
future of commonplace question-recycling with no
consequences?
