Right now, ABC's webpage just says that the phone lines are closed, nothing about when they'll reopen. Keep an eye on <a href=http://abc.go.com/primetime/millionaire/abouttheshow/contestant.html target=new>http://abc.go.com/primetime/millionaire/abouttheshow/contestant.html</a> which is where they post the phone number and information when it is open. I wouldn't expect it until toward the end of the month or on into March, though. I remember the tape dates for this past cycle extended on into late February.
