According to R.'s statements in
the chatroom, UWO turned down their bid to the ICT
altogether.

Also, I'd just like to thank APG for posting the TU
heard for the Southeast. In DivII, the only change
occurs at the very bottom of the waitlist, where WUSTL
replaces Georgia Tech. [Steve's comments will have no
effect.]

In DivI--assuming that one of the hosts rejects
their bid--combined with the posted revised stats,
gives the following new ranking of
