About 30% of Starkville is still without power.
Volunteers, many of whom have damaged and still-dark homes,
or who are scrambling to find places to stay with
their dorms closed down, had the student union up and
running. All teams are here, though about half arrived to
find their hotel without power until 3:00 a.m. this
morning.
We've had some excellent and exciting
matches.
The tournament has stayed on its previously scheduled
time, and in fact, finished round 12 ten minutes early.
