My first ever match was against George Washington
C at Georgetown Cup III.
Randolph-Macon
were beaten 275-40.
In high school, Warren
County were wiped up, 315-165 on regional
television.
After those occasions, I decided getting better was the
only option.
My senior year, I scored as many
tossups as the entire other team in over 3/4 of my
matches.
People take losing differently. Some
people who think they are good going in get schooled and
quit. Others try to get even. Others stick around and
have fun even though they and the world know they
suck.
