I have a few requests of teams that have
accepted, or that are going to accept, ICT bids:
1.
For each team (TEAM, not school), I need the number
of people accompanying the group, any coaches,
staff, etc. included.
2. An indication whether
the team will be driving or flying to St.
Louis.
3. If flying, whether or not the team would require
transportation to/from their respective hotel, airport, and
campus.
Basically, I'm trying to arrange transportation for teams in
order to avoid car rental and hopefully save on your
expenses for this competition. For this to work, I need an
estimate of how many people would need this service. As of
right now, I can guarantee nothing. But the sooner that
people respond, the sooner I can set things into motion
on my end to provide, hopefully, the most convenient
scenario for everyone. So if you would have a need for
this kind of service, please let me know
