As this was mentioned before in the newsgroup, I
thought I'd pass this info along...
The new NBC
game show "The Weakest Link" has opened its contestant
hotlines. If you're interested in trying out for this show,
call 800-416-9191. If you live in the Los Angeles
area, call 818-840-7730.
According to the
recording on the 800 line, Weakest Link will be doing a
number of contestant searches nationwide, including
stops in New York, Miami, Las Vegas and Detroit (if you
call, you will be asked to choose the contestant search
site you prefer to attend).
When you call the
800 number, you must leave your name, phone number
and birthdate - someone from the show may call you
back (not a guarantee) and give you a preliminary test
(general knowledge questions). If you pass, you may be
invited to participate in one of the contestant
searches.
