At the college level, I don't think teams have
the same sentiment against teams from the same school
facing off in the playoffs that there is at the HS level
(instead, there is general animosity towards the use of SE
at all :).
Seriously, though, I have no
problem _per se_ with two teams from the same school
having to play one another in a SE playoff. The problem
I have occurs in a situation where *some* schools
with multiple teams have the potential to play one
another, but some don't. That is why PB10 doesn't use
pre-determined seedings, and why it wasn't simply A bracket v. D
bracket and B bracket v. C bracket.
