That was a
good get on the Agee question.
A couple
observations: Why do they intentionally make the million dollar
question easier? To tempt you if you're out of lifelines?
To reward you for getting through the tougher
questions? I can't figure this out. I mean, that Sikorsky
question was easier than Dinan's "stays"
question.
Also, I think that the writers must be nearly
science-illiterate. Thus, when they come to a science question they
think is moderately tough, they automatically make it a
$500,000 question; when, to most QB players (or people who
got through ninth grade earth science), it is about
as tough as a $500 question. The earth circumference
question was common knowledge too.
I am truly
struggling with Exod 20:17 right now ("Thou shalt not
covet...") Man, I wish I could get a chance on one of these
shows!!
