Your argument, Shaun, appears to be as
follows:
A school fields Team X at the SCT. Team X qualifies
for the ICT.
For whatever reason, the school
fields Team Y, a weaker team, for the ICT.
Team Y
does not do as well as Team X does.
Therefore,
Team X did not deserve the spot it earned at the
ICT.
That doesn't compute in my book. Moreover, the idea
that the results of this year's ICT should have any
effect on selection of teams for *next* year's ICT
is--for the same reason--even more
ludicrous.
