Not to do with the merits or otherwise of the idea,
but...
Bear in mind that at some stage a British team might
wish to play Division II (like, Oxford next year if
the current clear-out continues), but that we have
only DI qualifying. Also bear in mind that for a lot
of teams, ICT representation is determined as much
by who can go as who is in form.
