However, the
solution used at the tournament was eminently fair, one
that Craig Barker and Mike Burger (hardly two ACF
partisans) suggested as well, and would have been the
solution we would have announced beforehand
anyway.
For the record, neither Craig nor I "suggested" any
playoff format, we merely stated that it was ACF's
decision to use what ever playoff format they desired, and
that we would make sure it was implemented acceding to
their wishes.
