Depends on what you want in a tournament and how
"competitive" your part of the country is. If you could give a
bit more information about where you are, we can
certainly find teams around you who could help you
staff.

But the most important things:
1) See what dates
are open and not filled with other high school comps
in the area.

2) See what dates are open and
not filled with college committments on your
campus.

3) Make sure you have contacts in the local high
school circuit. Make sure they have buzzer systems...
otherwise, you'll have to reassess how you'd do this
competition.

This is important to do now... before you really go
into getting questions. You can get questions from
NAQT or from other college orgs that run HS comps
willing to share questions with you.

Otherwise, I
suggest you go to Matt Weiner's web site on his suggested
question breakdown and how to run comps (if he has
something up there now).
