Re: Summer reading recommendations?

1. Well, I really can't name just one. There's
Small Gods from the Discworld series by Terry
Pratchett, which is stupendously funny and deeply moving at
the same time. The rest of DW is great as well. And
the Sandman series by Neil Gaiman is just
mind-blowingly good.

2. Any of the Dune prequels written
by Brian Herbert and Kevin J Anderson. Utter rubbish
compared to the great Dune Chronicles of Frank
Herbert.

3. Currently reading The Science of Discworld
(available through Amazon UK and the like), a great book
about the science of _our_ world through the lens of
Discworld characters. Lots of QB potential too.
