about College Bowl, the answer is "no." Your school
does not need to be affiliated with College Bowl, Inc.
in order to play NAQT, ACF, or TRASH.
If you
are asking whether you need a club or program
officially recognized by your college or university in order
to participate, then the answer for NAQT is "no,"
assuming that the NAQT eligibility criteria are otherwise
met. I'm not sure of the answer for ACF and
TRASH.
