He most definately (sp?) will lose in court. The
question mandated FROM THE FOUR CAPITALS, not the HIGHEST
CAPITAL in the world. It is similar to saying..."Which
one of these states have the higest population?" (A)
Texas. (B)Florida (C) Florida (D) Illinois. If you
choose something other than Texas, you'd be wrong
(although California has more people). It's all the way in
the question is worded. Personally, I would have
picked Katmandu, but upon thinking about it, the
neighboring country of Bhutan goes from 300-27,000 feet in
about 300 miles. I also don't think it was worth
$16,000..maybe 32 or 64 thou.
