Andy Goss frantically phoned me just now. He says
his e-mail was cut off at the end of last month and
he's only just now gotten access back. Also, he says
that the FOIST questions are all completed.
With that, and since the marginal cost of running the
thing is zero, FOIST will, as before, be run after
Presidential Open (and also after the first run of Heavy
Rotation III). If you're playing in FOIST but not
participating in the Presidential Open, show up by
6pm.
