This afternoon anti-homosexual protestors
actually disrupted the memorial service at the University
of Wisconsin. The crowd of 20,000 cheered as they
were arrested by the police.

As I saw this, I
had one of those thoughts that changes my views on
life. I'd always regarded people like that as people
who were in their own twisted way trying to do good,
but just horribly misguided and unable to see beyond
their narrow visions and values bred in a past the rest
of us have moved beyond. I always stood against
them, but felt frustrated, like in a more ideal world
there was an energy there that could be channeled
positively. But I just realized: They really have no clue
whatsoever what Christ was all about.
