I promised myself I'd stay
out of this thread, but this is plain-out offensive.
Numerous people in this discussion are trying to say
something constructive about how society should deal with
this disaster. For any religious person, this "dealing
with" is bound to have some spiritual content. If you
object to this, you are not simply asserting that you
have no faith, but also telling everyone who does have
faith to butt out. Being a religious person who also
thinks that there is no purely political solution to
such problems as we've faced in the last week, I guess
I felt compelled to butt in. In any case, please to
control your upper digestive system in my
presence.
