1) I believe positive debate and discussion about
so grave an issue (i.e., the terrorist attack) is
worth one's time. Analyzing how someone used an ad
hominem attack against another person to attack her
beliefs probably is not.
2) I have seen the
phrase "pushing an agenda" used several times to
describe even such affirming events as our national day of
prayer and remembrance. This is a shallow view. I am
encouraging everyone to "look deeper" and see if there is
something else there. Is there a lesson to learn? Don't cut
off your spiritual self.
