Mike's post was good...but not great, so I'll
take another crack at it. You, schemp2000, like many
others the world over are interested in our 4th annual
high school tournament held here in sunny Fayetteville
on October 20th.
It's doubtful that we will
have a small school division unless the number of
teams grows significantly (we've got 10 signed up so
far).
The questions will be written almost
entirely by people with the last name of Wehrman, with
some more possibly thrown in by the Arkansas team.
(Sets of questions will be available for 20 dollars,
after the tourney of course-fornon attending teams) The
rounds are akin to those of Vanderbilt's highschool
tourneys, each of which has 20 pyramid style tossups and 20
rebounding bonuses.
We would like to get as many
teams as possible to attend. We always have fierce
competition, and every year so far we've had multiple teams
end up in the top 5 or 10 at various national
tournaments.
