My point was that many organizations are official
organizations, and there is a standard set of information
required to receive reimbursement. It doesn't take THAT
much time to print up a form that every club needing
reimbursement can use without getting asked a thousand
questions by their funding people.
And I completely
disagree with your statement that the onus is on
organizations attending tournaments to request such listings in
advance.
In general, the onus is always on the
TOURNAMENT HOST to make things run as smoothly possible for
the teams attending and paying $$$ to come to the
tournament. A detailed and itemized invoice is the sort of
need that can be easily anticipated. If we're paying
$200-$400 to send multiple teams to a tournament, asking
that requests for payment have all the necessary
information is a trifling request.
