As you've shown, not
every club is aware of this 'minimum' requirement.
What's truly surprising is that you accepted a faulty
receipt without quickly realizing that it didn't meet
standards.
Also, not every club is Michigan. Some are running
tournaments for the first or second time (did Queen's always
have receipts that were up to code?). Not everyone's
going to see your post. As such, reality is going to
demand that you make your requirements clear if you're
going to get what you want.
I don't disagree
with the idea of including your information on
receipts - I think it's a very good idea - but I do
disagree with the vaguely imperious manner by which you
seem to lecture people on how to do things.
