Contrary to what I originally thought, buzzer speed is a
crucial part of the quiz bowl game---it's what separates
people of identical knowledge. Because of that, I think
it belongs in the game, and instituting rounds that
do not take it into account strips quiz bowl of one
of its most crucial aspects.
