Thanks to the generosity of BU, UW-Madison,
UC-Irvine & UC-Riverside, and Stanford, most teams will be
able to participate in GW's JCV8 without packet
submission (although we'd still prefer it if you did) for
less than Penn Bowl's with-packet, no-late-fee
fee.
I can't speak for the tournaments at Stanford,
UC-I/UC-R, or BU, but Madison's tournament is all
central-source too.
