Re: Plagarism and Question Sources

>From a legal standpoint, I have nothing to add to
Steve's or Matt's or Phil's analyses (how's _that_ for
things you'd never thought you'd hear from me, huh?)
except to point out to Andy that "commercial use" does
not necesarily require any revenue directly
attributable to the infringement or any profits of any kind.

Aside from the author, the TD, etc. of the question,
I'd be angry if I were a paying customer and found
out that QU used plagiarized questions. Never having
attended a QU event, I don't know if they have ever used
Archive questions at real tournaments or not. Maybe some
letters from someone _not_ affiliated with a rival format
(say, a HS coach) about plagiarism would either hurt
QU's bottom line and/or induce Chip to change his
ways. (By virtue of GWACC's connection with PACE, I
think I am personally disqualified myself.)
