According to QU as well, the action taken against Grand
Junction was a result of some poll taken among high school
qb coaches. I have yet to know who the polled
coaches were, but to say the least, it doesn't surprise
me.
To wit, there is the Grand Junction Rule
specifically stated in the NAC Rules and Regulations
statement, to cover future incidents where this would happen
again.
In addition, there is the Kincaid Rule, that I would
like to know if anyone has more details on how that
happened (apparently Kincaid made the playoffs but through
questionable procedure or calculations???).
