Aside: It's
amazing how many languages Penn teaches. Penn, Chicago
and Indiana between them probably teach 2/3 of the
non-Native American languages taught at any US
college.

teach Albanian: Indiana, Chicago, UCSD, Northeastern
Illinois, Cameron U (OK), and St. Mary's College in Orchard
Lake, Minn. Basque is taught at UIUC, UCSanta Barbara,
Nevada-Reno, and Boise State. Lithuanian is at Kent State.
Latvian is at Western Michigan. Slovak is at John Carroll
University. Tamil is at Davidson. Uighur is at SUNY-Geneseo.
Wolof is at Morgan State.
