I'm not usually one to heap praise, but Cardinal
Classic was a fantastic tournament this year. The
moderating was terrific, and with a few minor exceptions the
questions were very well edited. It was great to play
against some out of region competition, and I encourage
any team with some money in their travel budget to
come out here and join in on the west coast quiz bowl
fun. The highlight of the tournament for me was seeing
the normally stoic Prasun Ray break down laughing
while reading a round. Great job Stanford.
