Come on guys this really isn't that hard. You
host a tournament, you make announcements about when
it is and where it will be located. You also respond
to emails from teams actually willing to go to your
tournament. Many high schools have hosted tournaments in this
manner, often times without a hitch. So if at all
possible, check you email, or if you cannot send using your
email, trying for example <a href=http://www.hotmail.msn.com. target=new>http://www.hotmail.msn.com.</a>
Hotmail provides a free web based email service that you
may use to reply to teams. Also, other forms of
communication, among them the "postal service," "telegraphy,"
and "passenger pigeons" may be used. Whatever the
method, you might want to try *one* or teams will be
going to Pittsburgh instead.
