Providence College bested BU 2 games to 1 to win
the CBI Region 1 tournament. First game was close,
with PC winning by ~30. Second game went to BU by
about 100, while PC took an early lead in the deciding
game and didn't give it up.
We had a 13 team
tournament marred by one team not showing (Connecticut
College) and two that left during the event (Northeastern
and Middlebury).
Williams took third,
Dartmouth fourth, and MIT fifth. This year saw only finals
for playoffs, however.
All stars included
David Rosenbloom and Lydia Halie from Williams, Erik
Neilsen from BU, Monsieur Chris Luhrs from MIT, and James
(don't have the last name) from Providence.
