Here's another way to earn practice questions for
relatively little effort. UTC is seeking original questions
for both high school and collegiate tournaments in
April. Assuming you aren't planning to attend either,
you can receive a full set of questions from the UTC
tournament of your choice in exchange for writing and
sending to us original questions on your favorite subject
area.
We would ask a minimum of 10 tossups and 10
boni for a given major subject field -- half of them
at medium difficulty the high school level, half at
medium difficulty for college. (Please tell me which are
which in case it's an area I don't know very well.)
Choose from the following major subject
areas:
U.S./Canadian Literature
English Literature
World
Literature
Biology
Chemistry
Physics
Misc. Science
Math/Computer Science (mostly just for
high school level)
U.S. History
European
History
World History
Geography
Misc. Social
Sciences
Art
Classical Music
Philosophy
Religion
Myth
Pop
Culture (remember, aim young)
