Here's the teams that we at GW haven't heard from
in a while:
George Mason University;
UMBC.
My feeling is that we should all lump together a
list of AWOL organizations and see if we can find any
proof of life. I bring this up because from time to
time our colleague organizations occasionally require
a certain amount of life support, and I think that
it's in our best interests as a community to try to
help these teams remain continuous.
For those
of you not as soft and squishy as I am to hard-luck
cases, consider: whatever resources you expend on
keeping ailing teams viable now, will come back to you in
the form of volunteer moderators, extra registration
fees, and easily-stompable opponents.
