A further addition, check out the stanford archives at http://www.stanford.edu/group/CollegeBowl/Archive/ or the ACF archives at http://www.inform.umd.edu/Studentorg/maqt/acf/questions/questions.html to get an idea of college format. While in high school my team practiced with these mostly when there wasn't a tournament looming overhead. Also, if you attend a tournament, keep the questions to get an idea of what is scholars bowl knowledge and what isn't.
