Lincoln Community High School is a public high school in Lincoln, Illinois halfway between Chicago & St. Louis. It competes in Class 2A, the "large school" division, of the Illinois High School Association's State Championship series. The Railers also compete in the Central State Eight Conference & the League of Extraordinary Bowlers.

The team has been coached by Josh Bartels since 2016. Under Bartels' leadership, Lincoln has been a frequent host of down-state tournaments like IHSSBCA Novice, Turnabout, & Kickoff as well as Masonic. While the Railers' have enjoyed modest success, Bartels was honored as 2020 IHSSBCA Coach of the Year in recognition for his enthusiastic support of quiz bowl in the region.
