Northview High School is a public high school in Fulton County, Georgia. The school is notorious for mediocre state level play possibly due to having a math team that poaches many of its players, who were a part of middle school powerhouse River Trail. The team has undergone a revival after several years of inactivity, and now is beginning to garner attention under Coach Scott Fowler, who followed the team from River Trail onto the high school circuit.

2015-2016

The 2016 HSNCT A team, the first Northview team to compete at a nationals event, finished the prelims with a 7-3 record, but dropped the first two playoff games and fell to a T-53rd place finish. The B team fell short of a playoff berth after a final question loss to Centennial (MD) A.

2016-2017

This season started without two members of the 2016 HSNCT A team. As a result, former B team captain Varun Vangala (sophomore) and junior Anirudh Thatavarthy (junior) joined Ayush Nene (sophomore) and captain Akaash Para (sophomore) on the A team. At HSNCT, the team went 7-3 in the prelims. The team pulled off notable wins against IMSA A, Lexington A, and Homestead A in the playoffs en route to a T-15 finish at HSNCT 2017. At PACE NSC, the team finished as the #2 JV team.

2017-2018

The team returned all of its players from the 2016-17 season. At HSNCT 2018, the team went 8-2 in the prelims. Ironically, in the playoffs, the team finished T-12 after losing 460-175 to an Adlai Stevenson teams that they had beat in the prelims by a score of 460-175. The PACE NSC featured only two members from the team: Akaash Para and Varun Vangala.
