The Missouri Middle School State Championship was a middle school state championship in Missouri, which was held from 2016 to 2018. It was sponsored by MACA and held at Hallsville from 2016 to 2018. In September 2025, MOQBA announced a planned revival of Middle School State to happen that school year.
