The University of Louisville is a public university in Louisville, Kentucky founded in 1798. They have had an active quiz bowl team for many years, and maintain a rivalry with the team at the University of Kentucky.

After a brief hiatus post-COVID, the team restarted in 2024, winning a DII title at ACF Fall in 2024, placing 4th at the Southeast site of ACF Regionals in 2025, and beating Kentucky's A team at a non-KCQRL tournament for the first time since September 2018 at 2025's ACF Fall tournament.
