Louise Boyd was a player for Chicago, where her deep philosophy and literature knowledge helped secure victory at the 2018 ACF Nationals and DII at 2016 ICT. Due to her impressive work as 2nd scorer on the 2018 ACF Nationals-winning Chicago team, she was voted 4th Scorer of the Year at 2018's Players Choice Awards.

In high school, she played for Bloomington High School. She was named a member of the First Team for the 2015 HSQBRank All-World Teams.
