Althoff Catholic High School is a private high school in Belleville, Illinois located just outside of St. Louis. The Crusaders compete in the Metro East Quad League & South Seven Conference. As of 2023, Althoff competes in Class A, the "small school" division, of the Illinois High School Association's State Championship series. However, unlike many mid-size programs in the state it is one of the few to have been relegated from Class 2A to 1A in recent years.
