Arthur Ramsay is the current president of PACE. He is a retired high school player who spent four years on the Half Hollow Hills West team from 2010-14, with his last two years as club president and captain. While not active on the college circuit, he continues to moderate local NAQT and NHBB tournaments. His subject area specializations include American and European History, American politics, and neoclassical art.

Arthur has been a member of PACE since 2024. He served as PACE Vice President of Tournament Direction for the 2024-25 season, and was the tournament director of the 2025 PACE NSC. He was elected president of PACE in 2025, and served in that role for the 2025-26 season.

At the information desk during the 2026 NAQT IPNCT, Arthur noted that his bio on QBWiki was badly out of date. Nathan Murphy added this very meta note using Ryan Fox's account, since he had not been able to reset his own password. Nathan notably did not edit the badly out-of-date paragraph above. Within an hour of this edit, Jonah Greenthal had reminded both Nathan and Ryan of the rules governing shared account access.
