Eli Cowan (formerly Elizabeth Cowan or Liz Cowan) was the club president and team captain for Mississippi State University’s Academic Quiz Bowl Club for the 2022/23 academic yea, during which time he served as lead editor and head writer for Dawg Trash ‘22. Prior to joining MSstate Quiz Bowl, Eli was the team captain for Northeast Mississippi Community College’s Scholar’s Bowl team from 2018-2020.
