The 1991 ACF Nationals was the inaugural ACF National Tournament event. It was created out of dissatisfaction over the practices of the College Bowl tournament. As it was a something of a guerilla tournament, stats and records are hard to come by. It also appears that the packet set used is missing as well, save for one packet by NC State.
