2010 PACE NSC Cheating Scandal

The 2010 PACE NSC cheating scandal occurred when someone attempted to obtain the question set before the tournament in a phishing scheme. Amit Bilgi was accused as the perpetrator. In response, Amit Bilgi wrote an excuse that can be found here [1]. PACE decided to disqualify Amit from participating at any PACE events and disqualify Southside from the 2010 NSC thereby shifting every team (except 1st place State College) up one place.
