The 2012 NAQT Ontario Provincials was a Canadian high school quizbowl tournament which was held in March 2012 at the University of Guelph, directed by Ben Smith.

Results
Lisgar A won outright with a 11-0 record. Woburn B defeated Westmount A in a one game third place final. Sam Challen from Westale was the top scorer for the second time in three years.
