The Marriott Marquis is a hotel located in Atlanta, Georgia. It has served as the site of HSNCT since 2017.
NAQT had thrice (2011-2013) played the HSNCT in Atlanta, but those three tournaments had been held at the Hyatt Regency, which had some problems as a host site. After returning to Chicago for two years, and to Dallas in 2016, the Marriott Marquis was selected as the host site for the 2017 tournament.
The hotel's atrium, was, upon completion in 1985, the tallest on Earth until surpassed by the atrium in the Burj Al Arab.
