Brett Hogan is the club president and team captain of the Fairview (AL) high school scholar's bowl team.

He is currently a senior. Brett is Fairview (AL)'s workhorse- he is the only player that puts time and effort into studying and preparing for quizbowl and thus winds up scoring the vast majority of the team's points. Though mistake-prone, he has proven to be a trustworthy captain as well as an invaluable asset for Fairview.

The aforementioned dedication led him to get the top individual award for points scored at the 2016 Cullman County Scholar Bowl and the 2012 Cullman County Middle School Scholar Bowl. Brett has been named to five Cullman county all-star teams- in 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015, and 2016.
