The conference currently consists of Centralia, Brookfield, Clark County, Palmyra, South Shelby, Monroe City, Louisiana, Highland, and Macon. All of the schools field JV and Varsity teams. All of the schools except for Macon field middle school teams.

Centralia has its strongest rivalry with South Shelby, who, despite their small size, have won four of the last ten matches between the schools.  South Shelby is also the only team other than Centralia to win the conference title in the last four seasons.

Centralia has had great consistency within the conference over the last three seasons. Including the conference tournaments, the Panthers have a 31-6 conference record since 2008.

Before the additions of Brookfield and Clark County, a double-elimination tournament, seeded by regular season records, crowned the conference champion. Beginning this year the champion will be the team with the best regular season record and the tournament will kick off the season.

Tournament Attendance
Aside from yearly attendance at the CCC tournament, Centralia has attended a number of invitationals.

In 2008, Centralia competed at the Kirksville Tournament and finished 2nd to Kirksville, placing two individuals on the all-tournament team.  Later that season the Panthers won the Monroe City Tournament, defeating North Shelby.  The last 2008 invitational ended with a victory over South Callaway at the William Woods Tournament.

In 2009, Centralia again attended the Kirksville Tournament, but without their leading scorer they went 0-3 and didn’t make it to the semifinals.  Another tournament, the Rock Bridge Invitational, sent the Panthers home with a 1-4 record after losing to Richland in the first round of the afternoon games. However, they did field a third place scorer on the all-tournament team.

2010 marked a jump in attendance and accolades.  A 1-2 record and early departure from the Lions Legacy tournament started off Centralia’s season, but the Panthers then won the Monroe City Tournament, beating Hannibal, and took second at the Rock Bridge Invitational, losing to Helias.  At both tournaments, Centralia fielded the top scorer.  Centralia attended their first NAQT event, the Missouri Qualifier at Mizzou, but only finished 2-8, losing the small school championship to North Shelby.

2011 will continue the heavy tournament load, despite more conference games.  Centralia attended the 2010 Mizzou Fall Academic Tournament and finished 9th of 18 teams, losing the small school championship to North Shelby.  The Panthers attended the Monroe City Tournament, as well as the NAQT Missouri Qualifier at Mizzou, where they won the small school title, finishing tied for eighth overall. Centralia will also attend the Minuteman Tournament at Lexington.
